Thank you for completing an application form for the Hanna Fenichel Center. Forms are accepted year-round and may be submitted any time after the birth of your child. There is a $75 non-refundable Application Fee that must accompany your Application Form to be considered for enrollment. Once the Form & Fee are received, the information provided is filed into our Waitlist, organized by the requested program/date of entry, the child’s birthdate, and gender. Please understand that we receive many application forms and it is not a guarantee for enrollment.
